Delhi Police ban large gatherings around Mandi House ahead of CAA protest

A protest against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act is taking place in the Mandi House area of Delhi. Police have imposed a Section 144 order, which prohibits gatherings of four or more people.

10 people arrested in relation to Jamia Nagar violence are not students, Delhi Police say:

Delhi Police made 10 arrests in connection to the violence that took place in Jamia Nagar during protests on Sunday against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act.
